Initiate Your Request
Log into your Jimmy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
